About the role
- Responsible for leading the Program Execution of specific Ford Racing vehicles.
- Lead the Program Control through definition of the “now” and “near” tasks the overall cross-functional program team needs to accomplish to meet program timing.
- Lead the completion with the respective Chief Program Engineer of Milestone Papers.
- Sourcing for New Tooled End Items and the assurance of production tooling kick-offs.
- Timely completion of the Studio appearance process to delivering the approved theme while support program milestone & downstream launch standards for industrialization.
- Establishing and tracking the program financial metrics on contribution cost, headcount allocation, material cost of prototype and investment in tooling and facilities.
- Product marketing interface to define product through the progression of the program.
- Lead Special Project in Ford Racing Production Vehicle to enhance Ford Racing Brand or profits.
Requirements
- Engineering BS degree in required.
- Minimum of 15 years experience in Automotive OEM Vehicle Program Management
- Demonstrated experience Program Management in delivery of Automotive OEM Program through Studio Appearance Process.

- Masters in Engineering or Business degree
- Experience in Automotive OEM Purchasing.
- Ability to develop clear working level documents and management presentations as well as clear/concise communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage several unique tasks simultaneously.
- Ability and willingness to travel to both Ford and supplier domestic and foreign locations.
