About the role

  • Lead Informatica IDQ and Informatica MDM initiatives, providing technical leadership and guidance
  • Lead the design and architecture of Informatica MDM solutions, ensuring scalability and performance
  • Oversee and guide the configuration and customization of Informatica MDM (entity types, relationships, business rules, match and merge strategies, UIs)
  • Collaborate on and lead data modeling design and maintenance within the MDM system
  • Direct integration of data from various source systems, performing data profiling, cleansing, and transformation
  • Define and guide implementation of match and merge rules to consolidate duplicate records
  • Lead definition and implementation of data quality rules and workflows within the MDM system
  • Ensure adherence to data governance principles and data security best practices
  • Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks; optimize data loading, matching, and retrieval processes
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and lead delivery of MDM solutions
  • Oversee and guide unit and integration testing to validate MDM configurations
  • Maintain comprehensive technical documentation (design specs, configuration guides, troubleshooting manuals)
  • Review and analyze business requirements; build reporting, analyze SQL queries, create scripts/procedures for data migration and scheduled reporting

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (minimum of 12 years), or an associate degree with a minimum of 6 years of equivalent work experience
  • 6+ years of experience in Informatica MDM and IDQ solutioning, design, and implementation leadership
  • Demonstrated experience in Informatica MDM solutioning and architectural design
  • Prior experience with other MDM tools or cloud-based MDM solutions is advantageous
  • In-depth knowledge of Informatica MDM tools, including MDM Hub and ActiveVOS
  • Strong familiarity with data modeling principles and data integration techniques
  • Proficiency in data profiling, data cleansing, and data transformation processes
  • Strong understanding of data quality management and data governance practices within an MDM environment
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Informatica MDM certifications (e.g., Informatica MDM Developer Specialist) are highly desirable
  • Strong proficiency in SQL
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not provided
  • Expected to relocate if not within commutable distance and be on site minimum 3+ days per week
