Backend Engineer

• - Design, build, and maintain our customer facing web application.
• - Work with product teams to help make lean UX decisions.
• - Own implementation of new features from frontend to backend.
• - Build and maintain new features for our API product.
• - Build, integrate, and maintain related RESTful web services to support diverse application requirements.
• - Design and optimize relational databases, queries, and data structures using PSQL and other No-SQL data stores.
• - Contribute to our worker services responsible for processing billions of events monthly.
• - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to architect, build and deploy new features in AWS and other cloud providers we utilize.
• - Continuously monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize systems for performance and security.
