About the role

  • Own the positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy for our suite of tax technology products.
  • Work closely with Product Management to understand roadmap, customer problems, and differentiators.
  • Shape product stories across launches, sales motions, campaigns, and product education.
  • Create and own core product messaging and narrative frameworks, develop product content and collateral.
  • Enable commercial teams with the tools, training, and insights they need.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in B2B product marketing, preferably in SaaS, fintech, tax, or developer platforms.
  • Strong strategic thinking and storytelling skills.
  • Experience with go-to-market for technical products and/or regulated industries.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly collaborative, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Familiarity with marketing to technical and non-technical personas, including finance, tax, operations, and engineering.
  • Experience working in a scale-up or in cross-regional/global contexts.
  • Bonus: An eye for visual design to create and/or feedback on highly visual product collateral (e.g. decks, 1-pagers, etc.)
