About the role
- Maintain accurate filing systems for credit control documentation
- Update customer records and credit control systems
- Assist with month-end reporting
- Support ad-hoc finance administration tasks as required
- Processing of daily BACS reports
- Reconcile customer accounts
- Respond to email queries regarding invoices, statements, and account balances
- Emailing copies of credit notes & invoices
- Maintaining various Credit Control Inbox levels
- Actioning Payer Portals & Supplier Forms
Requirements
- Previous experience in credit control, accounts receivable, or finance administration
- Excellent numerical skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Experience using accounting or ERP systems (desirable)
- Experience using Microsoft Dynamics (desirable)
