About the role
- Manage calendars for the Operations Leadership Team, coordinating meetings and ensuring optimal time allocation.
- Prepare detailed travel itineraries and ensure everything is in place for smooth business trips.
- Process and track expense claims & credit card reconsolidation, ensuring timely submission and accuracy.
- Build out regular reporting packs, pulling together operational metrics and presenting data in clear, accessible formats.
- Assist with meeting preparation and follow-ups, including action point tracking and ensuring deliverables are completed.
- Create high-quality PowerPoint presentations for leadership meetings with strong attention to design detail and visual clarity.
- Chase up reports, timesheets, and other operational documentation to ensure compliance and timely submission.
Requirements
- Previous experience in an operational support or administrative role, ideally within a fast paced business environment.
- Proven ability to manage complex schedules and multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Exceptional organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to liaise professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Comfortable working with data, including building reports and presenting information visually.
- A self-starter attitude, able to work independently and take initiative.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
