About the role

  • Manage calendars for the Operations Leadership Team, coordinating meetings and ensuring optimal time allocation.
  • Prepare detailed travel itineraries and ensure everything is in place for smooth business trips.
  • Process and track expense claims & credit card reconsolidation, ensuring timely submission and accuracy.
  • Build out regular reporting packs, pulling together operational metrics and presenting data in clear, accessible formats.
  • Assist with meeting preparation and follow-ups, including action point tracking and ensuring deliverables are completed.
  • Create high-quality PowerPoint presentations for leadership meetings with strong attention to design detail and visual clarity.
  • Chase up reports, timesheets, and other operational documentation to ensure compliance and timely submission.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in an operational support or administrative role, ideally within a fast paced business environment.
  • Proven ability to manage complex schedules and multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to liaise professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Comfortable working with data, including building reports and presenting information visually.
  • A self-starter attitude, able to work independently and take initiative.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
