About the role
- Manage Jira across multiple teams
- Facilitate agile ceremonies
- Ensure stakeholders are informed
- Own sprint hygiene and delivery metrics
- Monitor progress and identify blockers
- Produce clear sprint reports and updates
- Coordinate UAT with internal stakeholders
- Support continuous improvement
Requirements
- Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle and agile ways of working
- Excellent communication – you can translate technical complexity into clarity
- Analytical mindset – you spot patterns, trends, and potential issues early
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Self-starter who knows when to drive and when to escalate
- Proven Jira/Confluence proficiency (board config, workflows, JQL, automation)
- Jira Admin or Scrum Master certification
- Experience facilitating agile ceremonies
- Advanced JQL for complex reporting
- Background in tech/telecoms or supporting multiple development teams
