• Develop a thorough understanding of the company’s products, services, and policies to provide accurate, efficient and personalized solutions to Flywire users.
• Be a subject matter expert on the Payins and Payouts topic supported by the CPE function.
• Handle clients and customers' questions and concerns by phone, chat, email or any applicable contact channels with speed, professionalism and empathy.

Client & Payment Experience Associate I, Operations Support

Implementation Specialist

• Act as the subject matter expert for the product area(s) that they are focused on
• Work closely with clients and project managers on project discovery, implementation, change management, and overall knowledge transfer
• Work collaboratively with teams and customers around the globe to implement student receivable and eCommerce solutions
• Ensure the best possible customer experience for clients by providing product best practices, system training, onsite support, and business process/change management expertise
• Develop and maintain complex product documentation

Business Development Rep

• The Business Development Representative will be focused on the Hospitality vertical.
• Responsible for assisting sales management with various administrative tasks.
• Assist in monthly report preparation, research target information using the current data analytics platform.
• Work with sales reps to update account, contact and opportunity information in Salesforce.
• Help execute on various sales projects and perform assigned tasks on a daily/weekly/quarterly/annual basis.
• Perform accurate and timely data entry and validation to support regional sales strategy.
• Receive and make telephone calls and create email correspondence, directing appropriately to properties assigned to corporate brands and management companies.
