About the role

  • Contribute to Business Process Reviews, mapping client workflows against LAM capabilities to identify gaps and opportunities.
  • Co-produce onboarding plans with realistic timelines and clearly defined resource requirements.
  • Lead plan execution alongside the client, keeping delivery on track and stakeholders informed.
  • Proactively identify risks and blockers, maintaining a live risk register and proposing mitigation or recovery actions where needed.
  • Own the LAM sections of joint onboarding reports and produce standalone LAM status updates as required.
  • Keep an eye out for opportunities to expand client usage.
  • Co-develop standardised training materials and delivery approaches – built to be repeatable, so other team members can deliver aspects when needed.
  • Build a training schedule together with each client and deliver it end-to-end.
  • Identify training gaps early, and put a plan in place to close them before they become an issue.
  • Sign off training completion in a documented, consistent, and auditable way.
  • Agree delivery milestones, critical checkpoints, and relevant metrics with flydocs and the client from the outset.
  • Monitor progress against milestones and flag deviations early.
  • Formally sign off the onboarding phase in agreement with the client.
  • Hand over to the Customer Experience team with full context, documentation, and confidence.

Requirements

  • Solid background in aviation technical records – you understand airworthiness, lease contracts, and what good looks like in an aircraft record.
  • Hands-on experience with AMOS or similar MRO/technical records systems.
  • Exposure to aircraft lease events – inductions, redeliveries, end-of-lease projects – and the documentation demands that come with them.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and client expectations without losing your composure.
  • Clear, confident communicator – equally comfortable in a client workshop and an internal delivery review.
  • Organised and methodical: you create structure where there isn’t any, and you follow through.
  • Experience in a client-facing delivery, consulting, or onboarding role.
  • Familiarity with data migration or systems implementation projects.
  • Project management skills or certification (e.g. Six Sigma, PMP, or similar).
  • Knowledge of spec 2500, regulatory quality audit processes, or comparable regulatory frameworks (e.g. DGCA/EASA/FAA).
  • Interest in learning how AI and automation are changing technical records management.
