• You will work closely with the Senior MarTech Operations Manager to build and manage tools and solutions that reduce cost to serve and increase speed to market.
• You will help review workflows and processes to identify opportunities to improve and automate.
• You will use your excellent problem-solving skills to creatively find solutions.
• You'll also develop HTML and CSS for customer-facing digital assets including websites, emails, and banners, ensuring both technical excellence and visual consistency.

Frontend Engineer – React

SEO Marketing

• Working closely with the SEO Manager to drive organic growth across a portfolio of international websites
• Collaborating with a central technical Product team alongside internal content and blog teams to ensure SEO best practices and recommendations are effectively implemented and prioritised
• Responsible for monitoring and improving keyword performance, identifying opportunities to increase organic visibility, and reporting on SEO results to key stakeholders across the business
• Opportunity to work cross-functionally with the Partnership & Communities Manager and Blog & Learn Manager
• Helping to shape and maximise the impact of PR and content campaigns through SEO insights, implementation, and knowledge sharing

SEO Specialist – 12 month FTC

Analyst

• Supporting the Poker Promotions team to understand objectives for individual promotions
• Assisting across the promotion lifecycle, including: Helping to shape promotional mechanics using data and past learnings
• Monitoring performance while promotions are live
• Analysing results post‑promotion and contributing ideas for future improvements
• Using data to explore player behaviour, such as how different player groups respond to offers, and helping to translate findings into actionable insights
• Building and maintaining basic dashboards or reports to track promotional performance

Backend Engineer

• Analyze requirements & create performant, scalable, fault-tolerant software
• As an individual contributor, write and test code to ensure compatibility and stability refine and rewrite the code as necessary
• Take responsibility for large technical deliverables and execute in an exemplary way
• Mentor and guide team members on everything from structured problem-solving to the development best practices
• Work closely with engineering managers, UX designers & other developers
• Expand existing software to meet the changing needs of business
