- Execute Cross-functional Strategic Initiatives: Project manage and coordinate partnership efforts, community programs, product launches, and operational improvement projects;
- Support Financial Operations: Play a key role in maintaining Flox’s financial engine.
- Drive Operational Excellence: Streamline workflows, build lightweight automations, manage internal tools.
- Community Engagement: Expand and activate developer communities through events and collaborations.
- Spin-up Strategic Opportunities: Evaluate, structure and manage new opportunities within developer and AI ecosystems.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a business-focused role such as consulting, banking, startup operations, or a related field.
- Exposure to technology and coding with enough understanding to grasp our product and customers
- Strong track record of delivering high-quality work across multiple functions
- Thrive in fast-paced environments managing competing priorities and collaborating effectively across teams
- Eager to grow into leadership opportunities across business operations, finance, or strategy.
- Excited to work in person with the Flox team in New York City.
