About the role
- Manage complex end to end accounting
- General ledger account analysis
- Balance Sheet account reconciliations
- Responsible for US GAAP accounting, reporting and analyses
- Coordination of month-end closings
- Ensure compliance with SOX controls
- Work with the team and with site controllers
- Support and train one junior colleague
- Ensure effective internal controls
- Be a key team member driving continuous improvement
Requirements
- 3+ years’ relevant experience is required
- Bachelor's Degree in Economics required (preferably in accounting)
- US GAAP or IFRS knowledge
- Strong general accounting knowledge and understanding of financial processes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Confident user of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Proficient in data entry and management
