About the role
- Act as the primary advisor on compensation and benefits matters for the EMEA region.
- Consult with business leaders and HR Partners on regional compensation and benefits strategies.
- Review and assess global compensation programs for regional competitiveness and provide actionable recommendations.
- Manage and coordinate regional benefits programs in partnership with local vendors and benefit brokers, including annual renewals.
- Conduct compensation and benefits benchmarking to ensure roles are accurately aligned with global structures.
- Analyze compensation and benefits data to provide insights and recommendations to HR and business stakeholders.
- Monitor legislative changes and regulatory developments impacting regional compensation and benefits programs.
- Support global compensation and benefits initiatives, including strategy development, project execution, M&A integration, and restructuring activities.
- Develop and implement communication and change management plans in collaboration with local leaders.
- Address and resolve escalated employee inquiries related to compensation and benefits across EMEA.
- Perform additional duties and project work as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Years of experience in compensation and benefits, with a strong focus on the EMEA region
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders
- High level of attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and sound financial acumen
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
