About the role

Responsible for ordering, sales, and delivery of fresh baked products.
Come to work with a neat, professional appearance (sometimes in a uniform).
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Check delivery vehicle daily, keeping accurate records, quickly reporting maintenance issues.
Fill out daily driver’s logs, time logs, and hours of service.
Flexibility to work varying workdays and early morning start times.
Expected to increase sales by expanding shelf space and creatively displaying in-store promotions.
Maximize product shelf life by properly rotating products.
Use data and marketing plans to build relationships and drive customer growth through effective communication, planning, ordering, and execution.
Work together with customers to increase sales and drive customer satisfaction.
Adaptability and flexibility to service accounts during customer’s designated service windows.

Must be at least 21 years of age.
Have had a valid driver’s license for at least 3 years.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a DOT Medical Card.
Must have a valid state driver’s license and documented safe driving record.
Must meet Fleet Insurance Guidelines.
Must adhere to federal, state, and local rules regarding the operation of a CMV.
Must execute the best practices of RSR training (after 4-week company paid training).
Must be able to push or pull up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis.
Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus, but not required.
