About the role
- Responsible for ordering, sales, and delivery of fresh baked products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Check delivery vehicle daily and keep accurate records.
- Report maintenance issues and fill out daily driver’s logs and time logs.
- Increase sales by expanding shelf space and creatively displaying in-store promotions.
- Maximize product shelf life by properly rotating products.
- Use data and marketing plans to drive customer growth through effective communication and execution.
Requirements
- Sales experience.
- Delivery driver experience.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must have a valid driver’s license for at least 3 years.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a DOT Medical Card.
- Must have a valid state driver’s license and documented safe driving record.
- Must meet Fleet Insurance Guidelines.
- Must adhere to federal, state, and local rules regarding the operation of a CMV.
- Must execute the best practices of RSR training (after 4-week company paid training).
