• Manage a high-volume CRM with inbound prospect calls, emails, and inquiries — responding with professionalism, warmth, and urgency.
• Guide prospective neighbors through the leasing funnel with consistent follow-up, clear communication, and a genuine commitment to finding them the right home.
• Process and review rental applications accurately, ensuring all documentation is complete and compliant with leasing requirements.
• Schedule and coordinate in-person and virtual property tours, maintaining an efficient calendar for on-site leasing teams.
• Support virtual tour and online leasing processes, helping prospects navigate digital tools with ease.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in property management software, ensuring all activity is logged daily and all proper steps are followed.
• Partner with on-site leasing staff to ensure seamless communication and a consistent resident experience across every touchpoint.
• Perform administrative tasks related to leasing and property management to keep operations running smoothly.

Product Designer

• Translate broad, conceptual ideas into clear, valuable, and intuitive product experiences for Flow’s users
• Design end-to-end user flows, interactions, and visual systems that simplify complex actions and scale across products
• Own the user experience from conception through launch in close partnership with product management and engineering
• Develop a deep understanding of Flow’s users (residents, onsite staff, and internal teams) through research and continuous learning
• Conduct and advocate for user research to inform decisions and align teams around user needs
• Contribute to strategic product and design decisions that shape the future direction of Flow
• Collaborate across teams, give and receive high-quality design feedback, and clearly present work to partners and leadership
• Help define and evolve Flow’s design system, brand, and product story as the company grows
