About the role
- Clearly communicate the value of our software platform by showcasing its features and addressing customer needs.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads using a multi-channel approach.
- Qualify inbound leads generated through marketing, while proactively sourcing and nurturing outbound leads.
- Use advanced tools to identify and engage companies that fit the ideal customer profile.
- Establish strong connections with prospective clients through research and personalized communications.
- Meet and surpass daily activity metrics to ensure a healthy sales pipeline.
- Stay organized by updating and maintaining CRM records, adhering to best practices.
- Partner closely with Marketing and Sales Specialists to align strategies and share insights.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in a B2B sales role, preferably in SaaS.
- Eager to learn and passionate about pursuing a career in tech sales.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs in previous roles.
- Exceptional communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-starter mindset who isn’t afraid to overcome objections and challenges.
- Experience using CRMs like HubSpot or Salesforce.
