• Efficiently manage a substantial volume of inbound leads
• Achieve high conversion rates for inbound leads
• Maintain an organized sales pipeline effectively
• Comfortably sell the Flight Club experience to businesses and social groups
• Proactively upsell enhancements to existing customers
• Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring their needs are met
• Oversee all aspects of contracted sales, including food/beverage, special requests, final guest counts, and payments
• Conduct timely follow-up after each event to gather feedback and secure referrals and future bookings
• Utilize CRM system and sales analytics tools proficiently to track leads and monitor sales performance

Sales

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive revenue growth
• Manage large inbound leads with covers of 26+ and convert at a high percentage
• Build and maintain relationships with event planners, corporate decision-makers, and local businesses
• Leverage existing client relationships to obtain referrals and recommendations, expanding our client base through word-of-mouth and trusted connections
• Organize and host monthly open houses tailored for decision-makers, providing them with an immersive experience
• Oversee all details of contracted sales, including food/beverage, special requests, final guest counts, and payments.
