About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Efficiently manage a substantial volume of inbound leads
- Achieve high conversion rates for inbound leads
- Maintain an organized sales pipeline effectively
- Comfortably sell the Flight Club experience to businesses and social groups
- Proactively upsell enhancements to existing customers
- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring their needs are met
- Oversee all aspects of contracted sales, including food/beverage, special requests, final guest counts, and payments
- Conduct timely follow-up after each event to gather feedback and secure referrals and future bookings
- Utilize CRM system and sales analytics tools proficiently to track leads and monitor sales performance
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in events and/or hospitality.
- Passion for connecting with people and building relationships
- Ability to establish trust and credibility with clients quickly
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales tools
- Proficiency in or willingness to learn Triple Seat software
- Passion for Flight Club and our other State of Play Hospitality concepts
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills
- Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize
- A strong problem-solving mindset to overcome sales obstacles
- Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends
- Understanding of the market a plus
- Similar sales experience in entertainment, hospitality, or restaurants a plus.
