About the role
- Own the end-to-end renewal process, ensuring high retention rates and proactive risk mitigation.
- Identify opportunities to expand customer usage of our iPaaS platform, positioning additional integrations and services.
- Develop customer advocates and secure referenceable clients through success stories, case studies, and participation in marketing initiatives.
- Build strategic account plans to align customer objectives with our integration roadmap.
- Partner with Product and Sales teams to bring customer insights back into the business and influence roadmap decisions.
- Measure and communicate the business impact of our integrations to stakeholders, showing clear ROI.
- Serve as the primary post-sale contact, building long-term partnerships with HR, IT, and Finance leaders.
Requirements
- 3+ years in Account Management, Customer Success or related roles in SaaS / HR Tech.
- Strong track record managing renewals and driving upsells within existing customer accounts.
- Experience building executive-level relationships and securing customer references.
- Understanding of HR systems (Workday, SAP, Oracle, ADP, UKG, Paylocity, etc.) and the challenges of HR data integration.
- Experience utilizing CRM systems such as Salesforce.
- Excellent negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Data-driven mindset with ability to articulate business outcomes and ROI.
- Excellent communication in French and English.
