About the role

  • Own the end-to-end renewal process, ensuring high retention rates and proactive risk mitigation.
  • Identify opportunities to expand customer usage of our iPaaS platform, positioning additional integrations and services.
  • Develop customer advocates and secure referenceable clients through success stories, case studies, and participation in marketing initiatives.
  • Build strategic account plans to align customer objectives with our integration roadmap.
  • Partner with Product and Sales teams to bring customer insights back into the business and influence roadmap decisions.
  • Measure and communicate the business impact of our integrations to stakeholders, showing clear ROI.
  • Serve as the primary post-sale contact, building long-term partnerships with HR, IT, and Finance leaders.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in Account Management, Customer Success or related roles in SaaS / HR Tech.
  • Strong track record managing renewals and driving upsells within existing customer accounts.
  • Experience building executive-level relationships and securing customer references.
  • Understanding of HR systems (Workday, SAP, Oracle, ADP, UKG, Paylocity, etc.) and the challenges of HR data integration.
  • Experience utilizing CRM systems such as Salesforce.
  • Excellent negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to articulate business outcomes and ROI.
  • Excellent communication in French and English.
