Oversee the post-commissioning lifecycle of BESS assets and ensure all LTSA requirements are met
Collaborate with OEMs, internal teams, and field personnel to resolve hardware and software issues
Coordinate repairs, maintenance, field services, and spare parts inventory to minimize downtime and maximize system availability
Coordinate software updates and configuration changes with internal software teams and customers
Develop and manage preventative maintenance plans to enhance asset longevity and reliability
Apply Lean and continuous improvement methodologies to streamline maintenance workflows
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer asset performance, outages, and maintenance coordination
Maintain accurate asset records in CMMS and Salesforce and provide data-driven insights for performance reviews
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of experience in asset management, operations, or technical services, preferably in BESS, renewable energy, or power systems
Strong understanding of BESS technology, energy storage systems, and grid operations
Proficiency in using Salesforce or other CMMS software for issue tracking and reporting
Excellent communication skills with the ability to interface effectively with customers, field teams, and internal stakeholders
Strong analytical skills to interpret system data and drive performance improvements
Ability to manage multiple high-priority issues concurrently and deliver results under pressure
