About the role

  • Develop and implement proactive strategies to maximize uptime and operational reliability of manufacturing equipment and reduce unplanned downtime
  • Design and lead a data-driven preventative and predictive maintenance program using modern tools and techniques
  • Define and monitor KPIs such as OEE, equipment uptime, and maintenance costs; analyze trends and report to leadership
  • Lead facilities management for building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, structural) and develop proactive maintenance schedules
  • Build, mentor, and lead maintenance and facilities teams; implement performance tracking and staffing justification
  • Develop and manage departmental budgets to ensure cost-effective operations and resource optimization
  • Enforce safety standards, environmental regulations, and compliance; promote a culture of accountability and continuous improvement

Requirements

  • A minimum of 7–10 years of progressive experience in maintenance, reliability, and facilities management within a manufacturing environment
  • Demonstrated ability to build, mentor, and guide high-performing teams
  • Strong expertise in preventative and predictive maintenance strategies, including root cause analysis
  • Proficiency with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional collaboration and provide data-driven insights to leadership
  • (Bonus) Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field
