• Technical Service Representative for the Key Strategic Accounts
• Responds to Technical Service inquiries.
• Responsible to verify that stocked product options have been explored and documenting for Market and/or Product Development.
• Provides expert product knowledge on standard and custom product recommendations, prepares quotes and coordinates trial/sample orders.
• Works with Leadership, New Business Development, Product Management, Sales and Sales Management as the internal coordinator of identified and approved opportunities.
• Proactive project follow-up with strategic customers and/or sales on lab samples and/or trials to determine level of success and if the trial will result in an order.

Technical Service Representative – Pressure Sensitive Materials

Account Manager

• Lead development and execution of national strategic account plans for regional business and coordination of plan development for national strategic accounts with national internal team
• Build and strengthen relationships with new and current key customers at all organizational levels between Flexcon and customers, particularly at the senior level
• Increase market share by demonstrating brand value and preference with designated key accounts and geographic area
• Negotiate Corporate (multi-location) bids and rebate packages, collaborating with various cross-functional teams to recommend best product solutions as needed
• Develop and revise business proposals with existing accounts by analyzing historical data on customer spending, as well as considerations of client objectives, timing, product offerings, product performance and inventory availability
• Provide a high level of customer intimacy with clients with effective communication, timely responses to requests and proactive resolution of potential issues
• Identify critical areas for improvement by diagnosing all aspects of our engagement at each location, while targeting those with the biggest upside potential for growth and partnership
• Collaborate closely with Business Development in identifying brand owner pull through opportunities to increase strategic and profitable brand awareness and growth
• Learn and build knowledge base on Flexcon products and applications driving value add with customers and/or end-customers
• Ensure effective cross functional communication across the internal teams to understand and anticipate customer needs
