About the role
- Oversee, develop, review, and evaluate training and development processes and procedures to ensure alignment with corporate policies and programs and monitor training progress.
- Partner with subject matter experts and supervisors to conduct annual Training Needs Analysis and update the company training plan.
- Design and develop training programs using recognized methodologies in functional areas, coordinated with SMEs.
- Use data to evaluate training effectiveness, identify improvement opportunities, and manage follow-up action plans.
- Review and develop Training and Development procedures.
- Ensure good relationship and communication with management & site teams; ensure training programs match organizational requirements.
- Implement training plan, monitor progress, take actions to keep it on track, and report monthly.
- Regularly review existing training program with SMEs to ensure continuous improvement and relevance to business needs.
- Select appropriate instructional methods (unipersonal training, group instruction, self-study, lectures, demonstrations, simulation exercises, role play, computer-based training).
- Organize and develop reference library, multimedia visual aids, and educational materials to attract learners and enroll in the training programs.
- Plan and release internal and external marketing communications and participate in external events when required, preparing presentation material as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree; MBA preferred
- Experience working with global teams.
- Flexible availability for working hours.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Training and development, preferably in manufacturing.
- Strong program management and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office.
- Understanding of system architecture and training methodologies.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- Ability to learn and adopt with fast execution.
