About the role
- Establish project schedule, financial parameters and technical requirements
- Manage project from initiation through the product transfer for serial production
- Planning and controlling of the projects, with consideration of customer requirements and internal goals (quality, volume, timelines, cost)
- Act as main contact person for all project related issues, especially technical issues, internally and externally from project start to phase out
- Collaborate closely with the Program Manager to ensure alignment and smooth execution
- Coordinate the engineering team to ensure tools and machines are delivered and installed
- Monitor equipment development progress, track project phases, and ensure timelines are met or adjusted
- Ensure cross-functional collaboration, keeping engineers aligned and focused on project goal
- Intensive consultation with internal and external customer regarding results to be achieved, budget and lead time
- International travel can be expected
Requirements
- University or College degree in Engineering – mechanical or mechatronics or similar
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Project Management in a complex, high volume manufacturing environment.
- Ownership for team task, good team player, working under pressure & multi-tasking.
- Strong analytical & decision-making skills
- Excellent people and process management skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in Hungarian & English
- German language knowledge is a plus.
