About the role
- Marketing Operations Support: Manage foundational processes to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of marketing initiatives.
- Swag Fulfillment: Coordinate and execute swag orders and distribution for internal and external initiatives.
- Email Execution: Assist with building, scheduling, and deploying email campaigns in alignment with brand standards.
- Reporting: Compile and maintain basic marketing performance reports and dashboards to support decision-making.
- Event Logistics: Provide operational support for marketing events, including vendor coordination, shipping, and on-site logistics.
- List Coordination: Maintain and organize marketing contact lists to ensure accuracy and alignment with campaign objectives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with other departments to support marketing requests and ensure seamless execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
- 0–2 years of experience in a marketing, operations, or administrative role (internships and project experience welcome).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace; experience with marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, Salesforce, or similar) is a plus.
- Self-starter with a proactive mindset and eagerness to learn.
