About the role
- Coordinate the infrastructure and technical support team, promoting professional development, best practices, and a collaborative environment;
- Administer Linux, Windows, and macOS operating systems, ensuring stability and continuous updates;
- Manage networks, internet links, and firewalls, ensuring high availability, performance, and security;
- Supervise end-user IT support, ensuring quality and internal user satisfaction;
- Monitor and report KPIs, SLAs, and SLOs to business areas, translating data into action plans; manage the area's budget, inventory control, and IT asset lifecycle;
- Support technological modernization initiatives and infrastructure evolution, proposing solutions that increase efficiency and scalability.
Requirements
- Previous experience coordinating or leading IT teams
- Strong knowledge of Linux, Windows, and macOS systems
- Experience with networking, internet links, and firewalls
- Experience providing technical support and user assistance
- Ability to monitor KPIs, SLAs, and SLOs and translate them into practical results
- Experience in budget management and IT asset inventory control
- Leadership and people management skills
- Good communication with technical teams and business areas
- Organized, results-oriented, with a strategic mindset.
