Requirements
Previous experience coordinating or leading IT teams
Strong knowledge of Linux, Windows, and macOS systems
Experience with networking, internet links, and firewalls
Experience providing technical support and user assistance
Ability to monitor KPIs, SLAs, and SLOs and translate them into practical results
Experience in budget management and IT asset inventory control
Leadership and people management skills
Good communication with technical teams and business areas
