Strategic and operational management of IT infrastructure, including servers (physical and virtual), storage systems, virtualization, and cloud environments, ensuring high availability and performance.
Manage network architecture, communication links, database infrastructure, VPNs, firewalls, and telephony infrastructure (VoIP and PBX), ensuring connectivity and security across the company's entire digital perimeter.
Develop, implement, and monitor information security policies and tools, perform vulnerability management, and ensure compliance with ISO 27001, ISO 27701, and LGPD.
Asset Management: Coordinate the lifecycle of end-user equipment (desktops, laptops), including provisioning, configuration, technical support, and inventory for employees and third parties.
Develop and maintain proactive monitoring plans, backup routines, and disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity.
Manage equipment inventory, control technical documentation, software licensing, and support the preparation of technical tenders/specifications.
Supplier and Budget Management: Manage contracts with technology vendors and actively participate in the area's budget planning and control.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Networks, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields;
Proven solid experience in IT infrastructure.
Strong knowledge in server administration (Windows Server and Linux) and directory services (Active Directory).
