About the role
- Configure the policies in Bitdefender
- Manage the Splashtop account
- Handle complex server/cloud issues.
- Oversee network security (VPNs, Wi-Fi, firewalls, password management, 2FA).
- Maintain device inventory and enforce IT policies (onboarding/offboarding, access control, backups).
- Coordinate with vendors (ISPs, hardware suppliers, security tools).
- Support teams with hardware/software issues, license renewals, and basic integrations
- Assist with data privacy and security compliance
Requirements
- 5+ years in IT admin or helpdesk for startups/Software Companies
- Experience managing Bitdefender GravityZone (policy creation and deployment).
- Experience with Splashtop or similar remote access tools for troubleshooting.
- Ability to set up and troubleshoot office WiFi (Access Points, Firewalls) and VPNs.
- Hardware: Strong knowledge of both MacOS and Windows laptop setup
