Acts as the business architect for assigned business lines and product delivery teams
Partners with Technology Lead, Product Security Leader, and BURM to translate business strategy
Drives Technology Review Board gate approvals to ensure alignment with target-state business architecture
Elicits, documents, and manages business architecture artifacts including business capabilities
Facilitates cross-stakeholder alignment to ensure business process design and compliance are embedded throughout the delivery lifecycle

Requirements

10+ Years in business architecture and analysis, product ownership, or technology project management with experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies
Education level preferred: High School / High School Equivalency (GED, HiSET, TASC) / Foreign Equivalent
Experience with requirements management and collaboration tools (Confluence, Azure DevOps) and proficiency in creating user stories, acceptance criteria, and business process documentation
Demonstrated experience facilitating cross-functional teams, stakeholder workshops, and presenting to senior leadership
