- Manages commercial loan relationships in Lender Finance
- Generates new business development and relationships
- Responsible for origination, negotiation, structuring, underwriting, and closing of loans
- Monitors portfolio quality and ensures compliance with regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree Preferred of Equivalent Experience
- 5+ Years of experience as a Commercial Lending Relationship Manager and/or commercial loan sales
- Experience specific to lender finance
- 5+ years of experience with commercial lending credit
- Advanced knowledge of commercial lending credit
- Advanced analytical skills to understand financial and cash flow analyses
- Advanced negotiation skills
