About the role

  • Lead recruitment efforts to attract world-class talent across multiple functions
  • Execute full-cycle hiring while also coaching and mentoring the recruitment team
  • Partner with the leadership team to define role requirements and strategic hiring plans
  • Source, engage, and assess top-tier candidates to meet hiring goals
  • Maintain candidate pipelines, track hiring metrics, and optimize recruitment processes
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring journey

Requirements

  • 5+ years of recruitment experience, with prior leadership and mentoring experience
  • Experience hiring GTM & sales talent (AEs, BDRs, etc.)
  • Experience working in organizations with merit-based hiring practices
  • Experience and proactive in using AI tools to automate workflows and operate at a high level of efficiency
  • Proven ability to attract world-class talent in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and trusted with confidential information
  • Clear communicator who can manage multiple priorities independently
  • Comfortable with ATS platforms, and recruitment analytics
  • Based in Salt Lake City with right to work in the USA (visa sponsorship not available)
