Financial Planning and Analysis

• Independently and fully responsible for ongoing financial accounting (fixed assets, inventories, and bank) in the ERP system — including ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
• Independently manage payment transactions and record and review payroll in coordination with external service providers.
• Prepare monthly and annual financial statements according to HGB and IFRS and prepare consolidated reporting (including tax package and supplementary disclosures) in close cooperation with the finance team at headquarters.
• Actively participate in budget and forecast processes (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow), analyze variances and business developments, and produce relevant balance sheet and KPI analyses.
• Ensure all timely statutory filings, e.g., VAT returns, recapitulative statements (EC Sales Lists), and statistical reports.
• Act as the primary contact for tax advisors, auditors, and internal stakeholders.
• Flexible working, particularly during fast-close phases around month-end and year-end closings, to ensure timely reporting.
