About the role
- Review and processing of customer inquiries and orders in the Service Sales area
- Preparation of quotations in close coordination with our production sites and suppliers
- Technical assessment of customer inquiries and development of solutions
- Use and maintenance of our ERP system and internal tools for quotation creation and order processing
- Verification of the commercial accuracy of orders before handover to order management
- Support in preparing and tracking cost estimates in collaboration with our service technicians
- Acting as an interface between the Service Sales field team, customers, suppliers and the service order management
Requirements
- Enrollment in a business administration, engineering/technical, or comparable degree program
- Independent, careful and structured working style, combined with a solution-oriented approach
- Team-oriented and motivated
- Confident use of common MS Office applications and very good English skills
