About the role
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, customer success, alliances, operations, and analytics to drive pipeline generation and exceed revenue targets.
- Accelerate Fivetran adoption and growth in the enterprise market through value-driven sales cycles.
- Lead in-depth discovery, demonstrating strong interest in our enterprise customers’ data challenges; identify required capabilities and positive business outcomes to foster long-term, high-value customer engagements.
- Confidently communicate Fivetran’s vision to a wide range of audiences, from senior executives to individual contributors.
- Seek out and close deals with new target enterprise accounts, then expand their footprint with Fivetran through new use cases, cross-sell, and expansion.
- Build strategic relationships with partners to identify new opportunities and accelerate deal cycles.
- Forecast accurately and provide clear visibility into sales and revenue performance by actively managing and advancing opportunities.
Requirements
- 8+ years of enterprise software sales experience and strong pattern-recognition skills for navigating complex organizations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to hold multiple stakeholders accountable throughout a complex, value-driven sales cycle.
- Deep knowledge of the modern data technology industry and its key players.
- A solution-oriented sales approach, experience managing a complex sales process, and excellent presentation, listening, organizational, and contact-management skills.
- Thrive in an extremely fast-paced, constantly changing work environment.
- Ability to keep pace with a highly motivated team in a rapidly growing market.

- Bilingual in French and English.
- English (professional proficiency) required due to the nature of the role: regular interactions (written and oral) with clients/prospects outside Quebec, as well as composing emails and proposals in English.
