About the role
- Data analysis focal for business & product-related teams
- Proactively provide insights that will lead the business growth
- Model/simulate new features & opportunities and estimate impact
- Build and maintain the team’s reporting set and dashboards
- Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced working environment
- Conduct deep-dive analyses with actionable recommendations and conclusions
- Answer complex and strategic questions defined by executive management and business units
- Support new initiatives and proactively guide business growth
- Work alongside teams shaping clients' and freelancers' experience
- Create insightful recommendations and initiate deep-dive analysis for specific domains
Requirements
- High proficiency in SQL - a must
- At least 4 years of experience as a Data analyst (Online industry- advantage) - must
- BA/B.Sc. in industrial/information systems engineering, computer science, statistics, financial or equivalent
- Experience in complex data analysis with actionable insights
- Experience with reporting tools (Tableau advantage)
- Experience in working with Big data (BigQuery advantage)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and as a team member
