About the role

  • Recruit and onboard new affiliates to the Fiverr program, build strong relationships with existing affiliates and work with them to optimize and grow their campaigns.
  • Monitor performance at the partner and program levels, analyze trends and opportunities and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
  • Conduct strategic work to define the long-term vision and goals of the affiliate program, and implement initiatives and projects to support its growth and development.
  • Manage mobile affiliate/app campaigns, drive high-quality in-app traffic and optimize performance using Mobile Measurement Platforms (MMPs) like AppsFlyer.
  • Lead mobile tracking and attribution, oversee affiliate integration via AppsFlyer (Protect360, Validation Rules, raw-data analysis), and work closely with partners to optimize ROI and prevent fraud.
  • Improve operational efficiency by developing infrastructure, automating processes, and integrating AI into activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-department stakeholders to align affiliate strategies with company objectives.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in Affiliate Marketing or Partnerships, working for a global product company in the online industry - a must.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using data to make informed decisions.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong focus on business development and growth.
  • Knowledge and familiarity with Affiliate Networks.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and the online industry.
  • Proven experience with mobile affiliate traffic, including hands-on work with MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Singular).
  • Strong technical skills in mobile attribution, experience integrating affiliates via AppsFlyer (setting up conversions, Protect360, validation rules, APIs/S2S), analyzing raw data, and optimizing mobile campaign performance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to build and maintain relationships with partners and internal cross-department stakeholders.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in Marketing, Business, or related field.
