Recruit and onboard new affiliates to the Fiverr program, build strong relationships with existing affiliates and work with them to optimize and grow their campaigns.
Monitor performance at the partner and program levels, analyze trends and opportunities and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
Conduct strategic work to define the long-term vision and goals of the affiliate program, and implement initiatives and projects to support its growth and development.
Manage mobile affiliate/app campaigns, drive high-quality in-app traffic and optimize performance using Mobile Measurement Platforms (MMPs) like AppsFlyer.
Lead mobile tracking and attribution, oversee affiliate integration via AppsFlyer (Protect360, Validation Rules, raw-data analysis), and work closely with partners to optimize ROI and prevent fraud.
Improve operational efficiency by developing infrastructure, automating processes, and integrating AI into activities.
Collaborate with cross-department stakeholders to align affiliate strategies with company objectives.
Requirements
3-5 years of experience in Affiliate Marketing or Partnerships, working for a global product company in the online industry - a must.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using data to make informed decisions.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong focus on business development and growth.
Knowledge and familiarity with Affiliate Networks.
Strong understanding of digital marketing and the online industry.
Proven experience with mobile affiliate traffic, including hands-on work with MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Singular).
Strong technical skills in mobile attribution, experience integrating affiliates via AppsFlyer (setting up conversions, Protect360, validation rules, APIs/S2S), analyzing raw data, and optimizing mobile campaign performance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to build and maintain relationships with partners and internal cross-department stakeholders.
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
Fluent in English.
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in Marketing, Business, or related field.
