About the role
- Manage Core Equity Functions including the end-to-end administration of our international equity programs.
- Support Public Company Compliance by providing required SEC filings.
- Provide Guidance and Support to Executive Team for ownership compliance.
- Serve as a Cross-Functional Liaison for critical equity expertise and support.
- Prepare Key Financial Reports for annual Proxy statement documentation and assist with processes.
- Ensure Audit & SOX Compliance through reconciliation processes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive equity administration experience within a publicly traded company.
- Deep knowledge of various equity instruments (RSUs, PRSUs and ESPP).
- A proactive, self-directed work ethic.
- Exceptional people skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the entire Office Suite.
