• Manage the Meta account day-to-day, including structure, audiences, bidding, exclusions, scaling and pullbacks
• Brief and produce UGC, static and short-form video creative; write hooks and maintain a weekly testing calendar
• Build and test landing pages and the funnel from quiz and offer through checkout and first-session booking
• Maintain tracking and attribution using pixel, CAPI, events, UTMs, post-purchase surveys and blended CAC reporting
• Expand into Google, YouTube, TikTok, Reddit, newsletters, creators and affiliates when performance supports it
• Build SEO and AI-search content for the /learn library
• Manage organic social across Instagram, TikTok and YouTube Shorts
• Participate usefully in Reddit and Facebook communities
• Manage email and SMS lifecycle from first click through retention
• Own and report the dashboard covering spend, CPM, CTR, hook rate, CPL, trial starts, trial-to-paid, channel/cohort CAC, retention and payback
• Continuously automate research, drafting, creative variations, reporting and repetitive account work using scripts, agents and AI

Founding Growth Marketer

AI Engineer

• Own outbound go-to-market end-to-end in close partnership with the founder
• Build the outbound system and fill the pipeline
• Build target lists using Form 5500 filings, wellness stipend job postings, conference attendee lists, provider rosters, and ACO rosters
• Set up and manage sending infrastructure including secondary domains, mailbox warmup, SPF/DKIM/DMARC, inbox rotation, suppression lists, and deliverability monitoring
• Write and run personalized multi-channel sequences across email, LinkedIn, and SMS for event and opted-in follow-up
• Use Clay, enrichment waterfalls, and LLMs for research and personalization at scale
• Book qualified meetings and prepare account-specific research
• Manage pipeline progression, next touchpoints, re-engagement, and stalled conversations
• Run conference outreach, including pre-booking meetings, working the floor, and following up within 24 hours
• Optionally build marketing initiatives such as newsletters, LinkedIn posts, and useful content to keep leads warm
