About the role

  • Strategic account planning, relationship development, and internal referrals, working closely with the client relationship management team
  • Understand the credit landscape, market dynamics, and operating environments across European financial services to shape value-adding learning and development solutions
  • Drive full-cycle sales excellence: qualify opportunities, shape solutions, develop compelling proposals, and deliver persuasive pitches and negotiations
  • Maintain accurate pipeline, activities, and account plans in Salesforce; manage data rigorously
  • Produce clear, defensible revenue forecasts built from pipeline analysis
  • Transition won projects to delivery teams while retaining commercial oversight and escalation point responsibilities

Requirements

  • You have a strong background in solution-based sales
  • You have experience in credit or corporate banking relationship management
  • You have experience selling to Financial Services and/or selling learning solutions
  • You have a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
  • You can translate client strategies into actionable account plans
  • You have excellent communication skills and a consultative selling approach
