About the role
- Strategic account planning, relationship development, and internal referrals, working closely with the client relationship management team
- Understand the credit landscape, market dynamics, and operating environments across European financial services to shape value-adding learning and development solutions
- Drive full-cycle sales excellence: qualify opportunities, shape solutions, develop compelling proposals, and deliver persuasive pitches and negotiations
- Maintain accurate pipeline, activities, and account plans in Salesforce; manage data rigorously
- Produce clear, defensible revenue forecasts built from pipeline analysis
- Transition won projects to delivery teams while retaining commercial oversight and escalation point responsibilities
Requirements
- You have a strong background in solution-based sales
- You have experience in credit or corporate banking relationship management
- You have experience selling to Financial Services and/or selling learning solutions
- You have a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
- You can translate client strategies into actionable account plans
- You have excellent communication skills and a consultative selling approach
