About the role

  • Coordinate and deliver regular BRM training sessions both virtual and in-person on Salesforce processes and procedures, tailored to the audience with sector and regional-specific examples.
  • Provide hands-on workshops and support for key projects and system rollouts.
  • Design, evaluate, and maintain high-quality, audience-specific training resources (courses, guides, FAQs, quick-reference guides, and video tutorials) for Salesforce and related tools, ensuring materials remain current with system enhancements and business changes.
  • Measure and optimize training effectiveness by tracking adoption metrics and stakeholder feedback; conduct needs analyses to identify skill gaps; recommend and implement improvements to maximize engagement.
  • Develop and maintain an AI training persona to standardize training content and interactions, partnering with SMEs to curate, validate outputs, and continuously refine the persona based on user feedback and performance metrics.
  • Develop internal relationships with the wider Business Relationship Management to ensure Salesforce & RE objectives meet their needs.
  • Work with other members of the RE & Salesforce teams to ensure group objectives are met.

Requirements

  • Proven experience designing and delivering structured training programs across in-person and virtual formats.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce is preferred
  • Experience with Microsoft SharePoint, Stream, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Forms.
  • Experience developing or working with AI tools is a plus.
  • Exceptional ability to translate complex concepts into clear, accessible language.
