About the role
- Manage ISO & FSP clients, addressing complex issues and promoting Fiserv products and services
- Engage with C-level management, assist with industry-related inquiries
- Connect clients to internal and external resources
- Meet and exceed sales quotas for assigned clients
- Maintain annual revenue pipeline, exceed target in-year revenue
- Manage Semi-Annual Business Review meetings with C-level management
- Engage product SMEs and sales support team members
- Maintain client executive summaries with strategic opportunities and KPIs
- Drive proposals, contracts, and term sheets using PowerPoint and Excel
Requirements
- High School diploma/GED and/or equivalent military experience
- 4+ years of professional sales/relationship management and business development experience
- 3+ years of experience negotiating proposals, term sheets, and contracts
- Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent military experience (preferred)
- 6+ years of experience with Salesforce (preferred)
- 8+ years of experience understanding the organization and industry (preferred)
- 8+ years of cross-functional experience with finance and deal closing (preferred)
