Define and lead the long-term vision and strategy for enterprise network security
Establish architectural standards for secure connectivity, segmentation, and infrastructure protection
Guide the organization’s adoption of Zero Trust networking principles and modern access architectures
Partner with executive leadership to align network security strategy with business risk management and digital transformation initiatives
Serve as the technical authority for network security architecture and design across all environments including: Data center, Enterprise network, Cloud infrastructure, Hybrid and multi-cloud architectures
Lead design reviews and approve security architecture for major infrastructure initiatives
Architect large-scale security frameworks for Micro segmentation, Identity-aware network access, Secure service edge architectures, Distributed security enforcement models
Advance the organization’s use of network telemetry, NDR, and behavioral analytics

Requirements

8+ years of experience in network security engineering or network infrastructure security
8+ years’ experience securing environments across: AWS / Azure / GCP networking, Kubernetes networking models, Containerized infrastructure, Software-defined networking
8+ years hands-on experience with: Next-Generation Firewall platforms (Palo Alto, Check Point, Fortinet, Cisco), IDS/IPS technologies (Snort, Suricata, vendor platforms), Network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, BGP, routing, switching)
8+ Experience securing environments across: AWS / Azure / GCP networking, Kubernetes networking models, Containerized infrastructure
Experience designing and operating enterprise-scale network security environments
Strong background in hybrid and multi-cloud network security
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent work experience
CISA, CISM, CISSP, CCSP, or similar certifications.
