Manage a geographically based portfolio of credit union clients within the Financial Institution Sales Credit Union team.
Provide enterprise clients with industry best practices and strategic input to deepen overall partnership.
Develop understanding of core applications and surround products and clients' current offerings to engage prospective customers.
Assist clients in assessing and aligning business processes to achieve short- and long-term objectives.
Propose Fiserv bundles and pan-Fiserv solutions to help clients achieve objectives.
Partner with clients and stakeholders to define technical and cross-functional requirements within proposals/solutions.
Demonstrate thought leadership and technical expertise to establish trust with clients.
Obtain assigned sales quota through contract renewals and sale of products/services to assigned portfolio.
Support sales initiatives by driving technical architecture design discussions.
Maintain industry and product knowledge and promote a positive company image.
Travel may be required up to 60% of the time.
Perform other duties as assigned by manager.
Requirements
Minimum 4 years of experience in technical product management or technical sales within the banking industry.
Experience managing and growing relationships with large/complex financial organizations.
4+ years of experience in sales and negotiating techniques.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Technology, Business Administration, or related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education, work, and/or military experience.
Knowledge of business operations in the financial industry.
Excellent interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communications and group presentation skills.
Ability to travel 50-60%.

(Nice to have) Fundamental knowledge of computer systems, including host-based systems and financial data processing systems.
