💰 $75,000 - $129,600 per year
About the role
- Lead a team of diverse associates to deliver on commitments for client deployments
- Present and negotiate the design of proposed solutions with the client
- Advise clients on standard methodologies for outsourcing solutions
- Craft and deliver client-facing implementation reporting/documentation
- Produce monthly revenue forecasts including variance to targets
- Interact with multiple Product Lines across the Financial Institutions Group
- Establish team goals and complete performance and merit reviews
- Assist the team to ensure project related Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) and financial measures are understood, monitored, and reported
Requirements
- 5+ years of work experience in an Implementation Project Management position
- 3+ years of experience with configuration, accounting, and outsourcing
- 3+ years of experience working with revenue planning and forecasting for portfolio projects within a Professional Services environment
- Bachelor’s degree in business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, work, and military experience
