About the role
- Act as the primary point of contact and trusted resource for clients, commercial support, marketing and leadership regarding ongoing operations.
- Establish and maintain strong partnerships with clients, aligning with their business objectives through Fiserv solutions.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to generate additional revenue via partnerships and innovative contract structures.
- Identify and develop a pipeline of revenue-generating opportunities to improve profitability and contribution margin.
- Achieve assigned sales targets through contract renewals and cross-selling of products and services, in collaboration with product experts.
- Oversee the daily operational activities of the client portfolio, ensuring consistent service delivery.
- Stay informed of industry and product trends, understand client needs, and promote a positive image of Fiserv.
Requirements
- University degree in business administration or an equivalent combination of professional, academic and military experience.
- More than 10 years of experience in client relationship management, sales and/or account management, including at least 7 years in payments or banking.
- Experience managing and developing relationships with large accounts and implementing cross-functional strategies to drive growth.
- Experience in the financial technology (fintech) sector.
- Fluency in French and English.
- Knowledge of banking operations, credit card processing and merchant payment processing.
- Familiarity with Fiserv systems, including Salesforce or similar eCRM tools.
- Proven experience in sales techniques, negotiation and consultative selling, with a track record of successful results.
- Strong computer skills, including systems related to financial data processing.
- MBA or equivalent degree.
