About the role
- Work with output services and card production teams to support clients
- Focus on prospecting and closing new plastics card and digital opportunities
- Perform revenue assurance activities to turn orders into cash/impact revenue
- Collaborate with internal and external business partners to meet client needs and revenue targets
- Manage and sell to clients within an assigned territory and provide sales support such as quoting, proof approvals, and securing contract renewals
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in an account management or sales role
- Experience effectively interacting with all levels of clients including executive level management
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of experience, education and/or military service
- Knowledge of industry trends and competitive landscape to stay ahead of the game
- Experience in using CRM systems to manage sales pipelines and track progress
- Experience with contracts and pricing
- Experience in payments or financial services
- Must currently possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization
