About the role

  • As a Sales Executive within our Capital Markets business, you’ll be part of a team of self-motivated, high-achieving sales professionals helping customers grow their businesses.
  • This role specifically focuses on FIS’s Treasury solutions, helping clients optimize liquidity, manage risk, and streamline treasury operations.
  • By providing industry-leading technology, you’ll drive some of the most exciting innovations in fintech while advancing the way the world pays, banks and invests.
  • You’ll manage the full sales cycle, including: acquiring new clients through prospecting, networking, and cold calling to meet sales targets;
  • Building a robust pipeline of Treasury solution opportunities within assigned territories and accounts;
  • Developing and executing strategic sales plans tailored to each major opportunity;
  • Leading sales calls and coordinating with internal teams to ensure the right resources are engaged;
  • Establishing and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders at all levels within client organizations;
  • Maintaining accurate sales activity records in our CRM (Dynamics);
  • Staying informed on market trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape;
  • Identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities across FIS’s broader Capital Markets and Treasury offerings.

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience in financial technology, ideally with exposure to Treasury or Capital Markets solutions
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Fluency in French or German is required to support clients across continental Europe
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, international environment
