About the role

  • Own First Table’s social media and influencer execution across Australia and New Zealand
  • Manage influencer, UGC, and ambassador partnerships end to end
  • Create and publish high-performing, on-brand social content
  • Build engaged communities through active, authentic social interaction
  • Collaborate with performance and marketing teams to support growth and campaigns
  • Measure, learn, and optimise content and creator performance

Requirements

  • 3+ years’ experience in B2C social media and influencer marketing
  • Proven, hands-on experience managing social channels and influencer campaigns end to end
  • Strong copywriting skills and an instinct for what works on social
  • A solid understanding of performance metrics and content optimisation
  • Confidence juggling multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
  • A collaborative, proactive mindset and genuine love for social and creator culture
