Accounting Manager

• Deposit all received checks.
• Confirm what accounts miscellaneous checks should be deposited to.
• Proper organization of deposited checks, both digital and physical, for record.
• Scan invoices to Insurance department and AP for payment.
• Weekly Subsidy report sent out to managers, starting the 3 rd of each month.
• Miscellaneous transaction recording for accountants into Accounting Software Vantaca and Entrata (ex. management fees).
• Assisting in printing Condo checks in Vantaca.
• Assist Accounting team miscellaneous tasks (pulling payment history, invoices, checks).
